Sad indeed.I saw a tv prog on this about 6 months ago and it is so crap what this guy has been thru. I have been a 'Lone Dad' for last 8 yrs n its really hard. Not 2 come over all sexist but u get treated like shite compared to single mums.I'm lucky I suppose as i only have 1 to see to but this guy really needs a break

know what you mean m8 my Dad brought up 5 of us after he and my mum split up. he had loads of troubles back then in the 70's had to take shitty jobs and work long shifts just to make ends meet. and from what I can see not much has changed.

my oldest sister died a few years ago but the rest of us turned out OK. we are all in marriages for over 20 years. and I think this is down to the hard work my dad went through and the things he taught us.

Big Colin Hendry is one of the good guys hope everything works out for him.

a nice bloke and a genuwine football player , maybe this will help in 1 way a fresh start with no bother , good luck to him and the kids

Yeah he strikes u as the kind of bloke who would be down to his last penny b4 accepting help - well it looks like its happened now.The amount of debt he has got in may not seem much to some but when ur right down there its enormous( havent seen the figures lately ).He's always been a no-frills guy with no ego.If u see him, give him a quid.

He's hardly that skint m8.

The former footballer will continue to live at his Lytham home. He owns another property in the town which is for sale [/I]and a villa on the French Riviera.

it is sad but a bit less online gaming and more paying his bill and taxes and he wouldnt be in this mess.

The way of the world m8.

People go bankrupt nowadays as a way out of a "hole". Sod paying it back, I'll just get it written off, and start again.

Hmmm maybe I didnt read all the facts,I was goin on his story from 6 months ago.I stand corrected

I do feel for the kides but for him I think he has been somewhat irresponsible regards his betting online habit, and lets ot forget his poor wife who went under the knife for Vanity !.
Moral is` be happy with your body how it is, cos its how nature intended, why create probems that are only in your head.
