strange problem black screen

Hi guys

Got a strange problem with my mates wii, i followed ballsy guide like i have done upteen times before, installed priiloader set that up ran cisocorps as he wanted to use disc channel spend the day playing it hes now gone home set it up and hes got a a blue screen then black screen cant get priiloader to boot he wanted to do nand backup to keep at home and asked me not to any ideas?

i tried to ask him to check all leads etc but as he at the end of a phone i cant get hold of the wii until sat morning so any ideas please?

you access priiloader by holding reset on boot up

if he has not been messing with it sounds like it is not connected

are you getting to safety screen

is bootmii as boot2

have you got nand back up

If no backup, how old is the wii?

A year I think got no NAND back up as he wanted to do it at home and boot2 is an iso told him to try reset while booting up as I installed priiloader ok cause I turned on region blocking etc

Right he's tried holding reset while turning on nothing any other ideas peeps can't get hold off it til sat but is there anyway to 'virgin' the wii and start again?

Was it working before you gave it to your buddy? I am assuming you did test it and played games etc.

I found this link and assuming you did test it and your m8 didnt mess around with it then possibly h/w issue?

fyi. I did a manual update to 4.2 and part of that meant having to remove cioscorp because it wouldnt let me upgrade to the latest hbc. I don't know if further updates to hbc will do the same (as it does not like modding by anyone else) so just something to be wary about.
