hey guys, you might of read my last thread about my laptop knackering up, well it turns out it wasnt the inverter. in fact we are not sure what it is, we have ruled out all the usual possibilities.
So now i have to send my laptop back to Alienware, which you would think this would be a simple phone conversation, such as:
"hey i got trouble with laptop, i wish to send it in for repair."
"ok sir, heres what you need to do"
but no!
after 2 phone conversations and countless emails, im getting nowhere. I keep getting emails saying "you will be receiving an email", and the phone conversation ends with, we will email you with the details.
So ive had enough, and im trying to hunt down contact info for the managing director or CEO of alienware in the UK (Ireland), and im after some help in doing so
i spent £2300 and £1100 on two alienware laptops, and the only detail i have got out of them at the moment is that it "may" cost me £180 to send it in for "diagnostics only", no repairs!
