extending an ethenet/cat5 cable

Is it possible to get a backtoback connector for a network cable?
At the moment i have straight thru network cable going from my tv to my pc (under floor) but i want to bypass my pc and plug it into my router in another room and i don't have enough run on my existing cable to reach the router..
