red light on power brick

hi i was play cod4 this afternoon and switched off and went to turn the 360 on again tonight but it wouldnt come on then i realised that the light on the brick is normally orange but it was red so i unplugged and plugged in again and the light went orange like normall and the 360 powered on the light went green does anyone know why it did this will i be needing a new brick soon, thanks.

If the 360 is under warranty then I'd speak to MS and ask them whether you need a new brick.

Usually when you get a red light on the brick, it means it's on it's way out or has failed in some way.
