iv had amessage from paypal that they want me to send them bank statement, passport or utility bill as my account has limitations.

is this normal as iv had account abot 5 years.

iv got all documents ready but they dont even give a fax number.

I have the answer to this for you. all you need to do is accept 1000 nigerian dollars from my cousin benson then once you have the cheque send me £50 in cash in return and I will email the reason why this has happened to your account sir.

If you were asked in an e-mail purporting to be paypal, forward the e-mail to '[email protected]' and they will tell you if it came from them. Which is extremely unlikely.

Don't ever click a link in any ebay or paypal e-mail or answer it. Most are fakes but they look authentic.

Indeed, and add any email claiming to be from a Bank to that list too...
