Connect your dreambox via scart to your dvd recorder, they usually have the ability to tune in channels or devices if they have 2 scarts, then connect your dvd recorder to your tv.
To view your dreambox, you will need to tune in you tv to the dvd recorder or just switch to the av channel for the scart connection to your recorder. From that you will see the controls of your dvd recorder.
Using your dvd recorder remote, you will need to select its input of scart to view your dreambox.
To record, you just need to tell your dvd recorder to select scard as the input, and depending on your recorder tell it the hard disk or disc to record to.
That should be you.
You may have issues with quality of sound and such between all those devices but better quality scart cables should help. Also if you check the scart connectors on the back of the dvd recorder, one might say tv and the other might say digital tuner or similar, ie input and output (output goes to tv)
