Have a look at the tut on [ame="http://youtube.com/watch?v=m05qAjPN9bs&feature=related"]Utube[/ame], its for the 360 but the controlls are basically the same. Its hard to get used to at first mate im not excellent at them but i can score a fair few.

I aint out any tips incase i get either of you in the final lol

I've found if you line the ball up to the far post, press L1, push the R3 button forward then hit the shoot button but don't hit it to hard.
If you do it right then it will fly in the back of the net.
