Im sure its known but i thought i would share.
I have just found i can use my n95 as a modem to connect my laptop to the net. I can get about half meg connection speed which is fast enough for browsing. Im on 02 and have free web bolt on so its basically free lol.
Just connect via usb and set up one touch acess and your away.
Will be handy when i move and am waiting for my new broad band connection.

yeah its pretty cool when you have the 3g signal but comes in handy

Nokia has always been great for this I've been using my moble as modem with my laptop for this since my 8210. It was a lot slower then and I connected via the infrared port but has always come in handy.

3G Nokias will give you the best speeds now as stated above and I can vouch for the 6680 n N73 working well to.

Sending email using say outlook might not work unless you change the POP3 server to your service providers server, recieving is fine. I tend to just use webmail instead of changing settings.

Just be carefull as the 'unlimited' web browsing actually means 200mb a month and after that you are charged at £3 a meg. I found this out the hard way!
