CD & DVD Loads of movie son a DVD

My friend's Dad just cam back from the middle east with loads of films on one DVD..anyone know how it's done?

how many? could be a dual layer with xvid files or even converted to lower bitrates and burnt on a dual layer

Dvd shrink will reduce quality of the movies to make them smaller so they fit on one disk

even still 6 movies on 1 disc sounds a bit much, prob not very good quality. dvdshrink also lets u take out other features froma dvd like menus and added extra features to reduce size

are you sure they arnt just divx files and his player is capable of playing them?

Nero can do this, assuming each file is a AVI then then using Nero Digital just drop the AVI files onto your disk and Nero will recode them to a lower bitrate. If you are playing on a portable DVD player then 4 or 5 films should be OK, if you are playing back on a large screen TV then you might want to stick with 3 films for DVD.

yeh they sell these in india aswell the bitrate is lowered coz i notice the quality is never dvd quality.last time i went india they were selling 4 in 1 or 5in 1 for about £1.20
