I set up a wireless network the other day between a Vista pc and XP laptop. Both can use the internet and the pc can see the laptop but the laptop cant see the pc or printer. Does any body know what I need to do to fix this?

On the pc make sure any files you want to see and the printer are shared.

have you done all this on the lap top?

if the Xp cannot see the Vista yet the vista can see the Xp (in netwroking terms) you may be lacking the Link-Layer technology fix for XP , altho this only applies if you have service pack 1 or 2 (not 3)
Goto Microsoft website and search for the fix, its called WindowsXP-KB922120, it will add the neccesary file so XP can communicate with Vista...

Also check they are running the same Domain Name, Vista uses Workgroup whereas Some XP uses MSHome so change the XP to Workgroup too..
