funcard problem

Hi all
I have done funcards before with no problems but this week i have,i was trying to do a card for my mate who is on pure n*l and first did a card using nagra edit and a n*l bn11 image entered the correct ird and bk i even put the current k*ys in and the latest flash file but could only get the free to air channels to work all the other channels were there but got black screen with text saying this channel is not available at the moment.I even tried another box which someone had done him a card for about a year before and that was working fine but the same thing when i tried doing a card myself i even tried using toxic to create the exteep but it still would not work.
Has anyone else had any problems.

Are you leaving it on long enough for it to update?

He mentions he has put the current keys in so he shouldn't need to wait for it to update

Are you renaming the .bn11 file that nagra writes to a .bin file and the using bin2hex to convert it to hex file before writing it to the exteep first and then writing the flash to the card ?

r u putting the ird in forwards or backwards mate ?

If u r putting it in backwards put it in normally (12 or 3E first) and what flash are u using ?

try using a different card m8, use urs temporarily or somethin. mite b a faulty card
