Many thanks
You could scan it into photo shop and use the clone tool to photo shop it out.
Not to head up with this just had some photos done now they been sent by email and her name in back ground of every photo just seeing if this can be removed
I understand where you're coming from, but don't forget you're paying for more than just the photographer to stand there and press the shutter release. You've post processing, professional grade paper stock, if this was done in your home you've the time to set up and tear down (possibly with the cost of an assistant), if done in a studio you've overheads (rent, electricity), not to mention insurance.
You'll likely find the photos aren't worth printing, at least if the photographer knows what they're doing, as the resolution will be about 72dpi. At 72dpi, an 8x10 will print horrible.
That being said, by printing that same image at 6 x 4, it might just be passable. And is something I'd suggest you try before attempting to remove any watermarks.
What you are asking to do is one of the reasons why some portrait and wedding photographers charge a package price for the session, but then include a couple of final prints (usually unframed but on archive paper).
