Mobile Phones htc

I posted this yesterday but for some reason it was removed
my wife dropped her phone there is no apparent damage but the touch screen doesn't work any ideals because although its been backed up she cant remember the email account that was set up on the phone so shes lost all her contacts

Are the contacts not saved to the sim mate . Try. The dim in another phone see what's saved I save all my contacts to the s rather than the phone so when I change it it's just a matter of changing it over .worth a try just to check

That's what I do and told my wife to do she did for a while but then saved to the phone but thank for the reply
