If I told you that I would have to kill you.
Having a bloody nightmare at the moment... Moved from BT Mobile to O2 and wanted to port my number over. Got the PAC Code from BT Mobile, gave it to O2, was told it would all be done in 24 hours no problem.

After 24 hours my number was only partially ported, meaning I could make outgoing calls and send texts with the ported number, but cannot receive calls or texts on the ported number.

I've spoken to about 8-9 different people from customer services, O2 are saying its a problem on BT Mobiles end and BT Mobile saying its an issue with O2. In the meantime I'm sitting here with no service!

Any suggestions??

tell both your raising it with the ombudsmen fella.

Google who the bosses are and send them a email..I did this when i was having a load of hassle with BT...Emailed bt chief executive and within minutes got the sort it out ball rolling..was even given my own complaints person who dealt with me.

Just done that mate. CEO's of BT Mobile and O2. Here's hoping I get a reply...

Been contacted by someone from BT Mobile's CEO's office and apparently he's assigned to sort this out and keep in touch with me. Although, it seems even this isn't really going to help me, gotta wait till Monday before I hear anything and even then it could take up to 7 days to fix the issue. So that's me phone less for over a week!

AVOID BT LIKE THE PLAUGE!!
