I have always been a fan of zgemma boxes.
You can get the cheaper than your price limit.
The 2s model is about £65 and is twin tuner. With hard drive you can record one channel while watching another.
I am unsure if your thinking of using the cam features within the box.
If not still good box at good price.
If you are considering buying a sat box for the cam features I would suggest you look at this thread below first......

I agree a m8 of mine has a zgemma that quite a lot of receiver for the money I use vu+ duo2 though which I am very pleased with except I feel the remote is not very hardy
