It seems the powers that be have shifted ITV3 HD onto another transponder at 28.2°E. Previously we could pick it up (here) on 2E's European beam but now it seems to have have moved to 2F's UK beam.
Seems a little strange shifting it to a UK beam given that it is a scrambled channel.

Very strange as 2F at the moment is primarily used for the majority of Freesat Channels, I do know they have been altering FEC's on TP's lately to make it harder for overseas viewers whether on purpose or not only the powers that be know that

To quote from somewhere else:
As you may know, SES and ITV are currently testing some new FEC settings on two DVB-S2 UK spot transponders (ITV 11053H 23.0 3/4 8PSK) and (SES 11464H 23.0 3/4 8PSK). In theory these need about 1dB extra signal to lock

Apparently ITV2 HD & ITV4 HD are to follow very soon.

Bad news for us expats.

Still at least we can receive UTV Ireland with a Sky Subscription.
