Can anyone recommend one of these that is effective and value for money. I don't want to spend much more than £100. My downstairs is all tiled, living room is wooden floor and upstairs is all laminate wood with no door bars in place..

So I feel a robotic hoover would be ideal for my floors but I've been told these 5 star reviews on amazon are fake in exchange for free robot hoovers...

Probably better off with one of these mate, might be a bit high maintenance though....

Seriously though I don't think you'll get much sub-£100. If in doubt, get one from Argos, you can take it back if it sucks- or not as the case may be!

We've got one sitting boxed-up in the garage somewhere. It was useful for picking up crumbs and fluff, but not much else.

I think they're more of a gimmick than a useful tool.

Iv had 2, a cheap mapland one that was not so bad but left some heavy bitsand got stuck sometimes, I recently bought a xiaomi mi robot vacuum and it is outstanding better than my dyson runs multiple rooms timer and self charge dock you even monitor were its cleans on the app its £279 tho but it works great

I suppose it's just collecting dust somewhere...

Seen these in Lidl so may be worth getting one from there if they have any near you. Always try it out and if its crap take it back. Lidl are normally ok for taking stuff back and hopefully you have one local to save any hassle of sending it back some were.
Just not sure of the quality though.

I like the xiaomi, I've seen it on aliexpress, same enough to buy this from them. Ive ordered the odd phone screen from them, one was faulty and the other was perfect...

Iv had two big purchase items the phone im using and the hoover, I'm very impressed with both and have no issues buying from there rather than the over priced stuff here I bought a 60? wedge a month ago mizuno jpx900 for ?38 my friend has the original set and we can't spot any difference with play or look cost ?600-900 a set, aliex ?150
