Guys I have oil central heating with an outside boiler. I have no internal hot water tank and the outside boiler heats my water. Kitchen Mixer time is last hot tap in line. HOT water is great (temp) but the pressure is shite.
It starts off OK but by the time you have run a basin full of hot water the pressure is very low. Bathroom taps fine with no problem.
This has only just started really yesterday . If i twist the hot water side of the mixer tap with force it will open up a wee bit more and give me abit more pressure but not much

Internals of tap or boiler fault or air lock, Any ideas?? Its a worcester boiler

Thanks

So the outside is a combi boiler?

What's the water pressure coming on the cold?

Sounds like the boiler is regulating the flow to ensure it's hot. No expert but if you turn down the boiler hot water temp does the flow increase?

I would agree that if it was the boiler all taps would be affected..

Could maybe just be the tap washer, check under the sink and see if you have a stopcock on the hot water pipe,if you do and this has compression fittings then turn off the stopcock and disconect the pipe from the tap side of the valve get a basin and turn it back on and you will see the pressure your getting, and you can rule the mixer tap internals out.
