CCTV 4 camera's best systems

hey guys/gals

first of all i would like to apologize if this is in the wrong section i didnt know where to start the thread please feel free to move.

im looking to get a 4 camera cctv dvr system for my parents place as over the last year their has been a couple of thousand worth of damage done to their cars.

the street they are on is lit at night by street lights and i was thinking of having 2 cameras facing the street and one camera out the back garden that is not lit so i want a motion senor camera with lights and the fourth camera down the side entrance that has a motion sensor light but was thinking of replacing the motion sensor light with a motion sensor camera with lights.

basically i am wondering what is the best setup kit i should go for i seen a few kits on aliexpress but not sure which one to get and what is good and whats not good.

for example should i be going for cameras that are POE. or should i go for the cheaper options.

i dont really know much about cctv systems so any help would be greatly appreciated.

ended up getting a H.View 4CH AHD CCTV System 720P HDMI AHD CCTV DVR 4 1.0 Megapixels IR Outdoor Security Camera 1200 TVL CCTV Camera Kits 36 LEDs.

the dvr is great but i thought the cameras would have better picture quality but they cant make out passing license plates. i cant really complain for 150 euro
