I take it this is a trial version ?

Yes, def needs tweaking but after a brief look seem better than 8,which is not really a recommendation

Lol,

Until a new OS does useful things that my current one can't, i tend to give it a wide birth. Usually just pointless eye candy and gimmicks, like that Win8 metro screen nonsense?? lol

Looks OK and yep its the trial version.

I have WIN10 install in a partition of HDD, actuality isn't a stable OS. There are many bugs and freeze.

I'm wating for the new build (10xxx)

I've installed it on an old laptop, yes it's a trial version that lasts 60 days. I have a feeling it'll not last that long before I get rid of it and put something else on it. :Biggrin2:

I officially hate windows 8 lol

Tried Windows 10 and was buggy for me, cortana didn't work unless you changed to US language and region, didn't pick up voice from microphone and lot of features not working. Went back to 8.1 for now until official release

Don't we all? I made it bearable by installing Classic Shell- just like 7 now but with the 8.1 bits if you really want them. Still get the odd BSOD, but it has a new name now lol!

Did the same..windows 10 needs a lot of work and windows 8.1 needs scrapping..I have never had as many problems with win 8.1. Could not use FTP at times could not do work on android phones as it would not install drivers and it did not like adb was a pain the the butt...went back to win 7 as posted by others it just works and so does everything else...

wat do u mean pos

POS = 'Point Of Sale'- some cash registers still use XP and these still receive updates. There's a 'hack' which you can apply to a normal PC to make it receive updates, it was discussed on here a couple of months ago.
