i used to run an in-car computer business and do installs on anything 12-24 volt related including a couple of boats
any way i found a few boxes of stock including 7 inch monitors, touchscreens, power supplys and cases
i was going to go through this over the next few days and list it on ebay but if any member would be interested in this type of stuff
i can list on the classifieds ad section here

I may be interested as my Lilliput touch screen has decided not to work when pressed

think i might have a couple a pico 80 watt and i have a couple a others m2-atx ,opus
i also have a full machine that was a display /demo system

@oliy does it show in device manager as i have seen the controller go
also the ts panels can fail but these are changable and not expencive
i have a panel and ts controller here if you want to try repair first

i dont have any pico's left mate but i do have a single board power supply that is brand new
it was replaced from a case that needed a in car psu
its a casetronic one and came out of one of there cases
if any good also have a couple of heavier in car psu's

No probs.

I'm getting the parts together to build an HTPC in an old Sky HD box using an AMD E350 based ITX board I've got lying around, Teensy 3.1 (to reuse the stock buttons), and an SSD +/- mechanical hard drive.

I'm thinking of going with either the PicoPSU or a TFX PSU. I can only find +250w of the latter, even that would be overkill (though it'll only draw what it needs, it's well outside the 40-60% efficiency window).

the one i have here would prob work perfect then as its just 12v to 12v and its 80 watt i am sure it will still fit in your skybox
as your board is a lot smaller than case

its 20 pin mate and no 4 pin cpu . but have a spare dsatx 4 pin cable so a chop and soilder would give voltages needed
all you would require is a 80 watt brick
