BIOS/UEFI Over clocking CPU help

Hey guys I have a amd x4 phenom 9550 and I wish to over clock the CPU to about 3.0ghz but unsure on how to do it and what settings I need to change so I have included a pic of my bios I've also looked on overclockers forums but find it confusing

according to this pic you should be able to achieve 3Ghz with that CPU

You need to bump up core voltage to 1.4V, drop your multiplier to 11x and there should be another screen where you can change FSB (front side bus) from 200MHz to 273MHz

id watch out it will get really hot

yeah, watch your motherboard and CPU temps. Make sure you got decent case cooling and you might need an upgrade CPU fan, oh and a decent power supply.

cant seem to find anything to do with fsb in my bios. my board is a biostar GF8200 M2+

Not sure of the exact wording but you will probably have to change the 'CPU control' (or similar wording) setting from Auto to manual for the full OC menu to appear.
