Software needed

Hi,

I'm looking for a software which can manage all my software, warranty, services, domains etc expiry and renewals.

Nothing too complex - i just need to be able to enter product details, expiry and who to purchase from, maybe even prices as well. If it has a reminder feature as well that would be perfect.

I'm currently using multiple spreadsheets for my diff licences or products then cross referencing with outlook calendar entries to remind me to renew or upgrade or cancel etc. So i'm sure i'm defintiely forgetting to renew some.

Have searched on the web, but can't find much thats suitable. Would anyone have any suggestions?

If you use outlook or thunderbird there are good calender programs (in the case of outlook it's built-in, with thunderbird it's a free addon).

If you use Vista or Windows 7 there are some good calender desktop gadgets available free from the microsoft gadget site.

Both options can have multiple alarms and reminders.
 
Windows live desktop in conjunction with a Live account has a to do list function, as does outlook.
