duel audio!!

hi guys just downloaded a film which is a duel audio (spanish & english),

the film is CAM (id usually wait for a better copy but the missis moanin for this film lol),

is there any way i could take the spanish audio out of the film so i can only here the engish audio?

ifso how would i do it? wot files would i have to remove ect

thats wot ive just downloaded, is the film woth watching in that quality, maning is the film good, (as good as the news ect are saying its gna be?)
