Its xpsp2 and you will need your key.

In the middle of installing this and it wont except any xp home serials even genuine ones of pcs I have at home
you dont even have the option to skip and enter at a later time hence the download isnt worth a toss another 2 hours graft down the pan
FFS any help lads im cheesed of now nowt ever seems to go right its asking for a yellow product key so It obviously is a waste of time unless you have the original key that came with the image

the problem is the serials u have are for xp home with out the updates to use xp home with the sp3 update u will need an updated key

STILL NO JOY there david thanks for helping though m8 Ive just found this looks clean xp home with sp2 maybe my old serials will work with this one

post closed just found a really old xp home sp1 original disk in the shed well my misses did Im gonna return the favour and give her a good MOT for her help thanks for all your help though lads Its been a learning curve at least
