Playing movies from a USB stick?

My mate has asked me this but I wasn't sure.

He has a USB stick and wants to put movies on it...that's not the problem.

He also wants a standalone media player that will play the movies from the USB stick. Kinda like a single .exe file that will play the movie files.

So that he can put the USB stick into any PC and watch a movie without actually installing any programs on the PC.

Anyone know of any programs that would do this sort of thing?

Yeah BSplayer or even VLC player both work on a usb stick, just install them to it, or alternatly install then to your pc and copy over the whole folder from your pc to usb stick and just run the exe from the folder.
