shoutbox moving moving alert

hello people.

im going to be adding the shoutbox to the general chat forum to reduce code used on our forum index...

to be honest im working on many ways to improve your viewing and speed of the site

at this time i can assure you all the server is working really really well and load averages are at all time lows and page load times and speed is at an all time high : mr ed : as you can all tell.

i want to get alot of people online at once so i can track performance when we have around 600+ people as thats the best time to tweak server for performance

anything that makes the forum faster m8 is better

speed improvements are long overdue but extremely welcomed as far as i'm concerned, you just dont realise how hard it has been visiting via mobile. Glad to see the ~600 pages of stickies in general chat have been removed too.
