Quiz TV on TW

Hi all

Has anyone here ever worked out any of the puzzles they have on there ?


Been watching it for 5hrs now and keep geting same answer as everyon else are trying , yet no one got it right .


ch 195 on tw if anyone wants to take a look .

its on ntl aswell.. and sky.. i worked one out 2 nights a go answer was name the show and the star within.. blah blah blah..

Answer was Big Brother Davina Macaul..

took half hour to get through to be told i wasnt successful try again..funily enough they only took the one call.. 70p per call


this channel is a con...

ive been entering from the web m8 you get 200 entries a day for free , and i have been through to studio 4 times this evening , but got wrong answer .

The puzzels are really hard to work out. They look so simple like count the diamond on a few playing cards. But I counted 31 and people were ringing in saying 126 and stuff. I must be missing something. Another one was in a passage of text count all the "b"s seemed simple enough, but the answer was something ridiculous like 97 and there were only 18 actual letter "b"'s in the text. There were pictures of Bees in the watermark behind the text but wasn't sure if they were just for show ?????

I agree with Carl too, it is a con, by the phone anyway. You ring and even if you do get selected it doesn't gaurantee you will be put through to the studio. I got selected twice but didn't get called back. I tried looking on the net for answers for these puzzels or even an explanation as to how they work the answers out but couldn't find one.

Me and the missis got caught the other night,i thought it said"75p only if u get through"so phoned about 5 times till i realised what it really said what a complete con

was watching one a week ago and the presenter was so bored that he just stopped talking and stared blank at the camera for about 2 mins with his hand on his head lol the way some work is to listen carefully to the presenter and he tells you a rough not in so many words way to get the answer (at least this bloke did but it was numbers not the diamond one)

Ok peeps look at this one , will post answer if i see what it is on the tv as this puzzle been running for a long time now .

Maybe when we know the answer we can work out how they got it .

Yeah just went to put it on on my subbed box and it says aint subscribed , as if i am gonna pay for that , lol moved to ch 750 now on TW

when quiz tv first started on sky i won £150 pounds and i got through at 1.58am when it finnishers i think this is the best time to get through but when i had my phone bill in the cost came to £5000 no joke at 70p a time

£5000 bill for phoning a flipping game show??

I'm willing to bet my left nut that there's some sort of scam going on with this channel.

Luckily my wife only spent £1.50 before realising something wasn't right.

I think the questions are so ambiguous that there is a range of possible answers, and each time a caller gives a possible answer they strike them off as wrong. Then, just before the channel closes for the night, they'll give out the cash. Or just decide to keep the money.

As I say, I've no proof, but I'm expecting to see this on Watchdog in the near future...

The trouble with these sorts of channels is that they prey on vunerable people. It's always the ones who have the least that are targeted be con artists.
