Clamp down on IPTV sellers.

yip the future of sky hence why they will want to knock down the illicet iptv lol

IPTV is the future for legit pay TV, the current version of illicit IPTV M?U etc is I beleive a stop gap till something better is deviced

My understanding is that most (but not all) streams are coming from another source other than sly.
I can see major problem on encryption if another well known legit company implements encryption.
But I get sly Atlantic HD and that has confused me. LOL.

They have started making things hard for those who don't want to pay a fortune to pay footballers wages and repeats after repeats.
If the whole lot went down with no means of viewing their crap I still wouldn't pay.
Never paid the fookers nearly 8 years on.

I will even hunt for a black & white tv and watch that.
Then save more on tv tax. LOL.

Stevie i dont think things will get so bad that you will have to watch your DVD Home and away box sets in black and white :Moon: lol

if IPTV is streamed after the encryption i cant see how it can be stopped.

as mentioned here a couple of times, since the D2MAC days new things have come and gone...and i think thats the way it will continue.

They will never be able to stop it my opnion.
(IPTV has many legs to go)
The online sellers will be on the radar.
As history has proven when one door closes another another opens.
Personally im glad it is all but finished on 28.2.
Our good friend rubert is probably kicking himself now. Knowing that those who decide to go down the IPTV get more choice and in HD.

What people need to understand is IPTV still needs the source.

eg. Lots of UK streams come via UK Cable + CS and some tuner that received all channels on a transponder.

It's unlikely many systems capture the HDMI output from official Sky box due to HDMI protection issues, and more importantly how many channels? Hundreds .... therefore that many subs & official boxes... that's a lot of investments (multiroom in Buckingham palace?)

What will happen is the IP's will be added to some global block list, much like other pirates sites like already do. Rupert and co will be only too happy to comply on this. IP blocking will only be the first line of attack. Streams need uplinks, therefore the source can be tracked eventually.

If the sly or virmin implemented a way of making the viewing card number flash up on screen they could switch cards off in seconds I imagine? Thus taking dodgy iptv sources out?

IPTV is sourced by more than sky and virgin and they will not stop it i can assure you,A good vpn,Broadband speed and a solid iptv sub and you can get anything
