Clueless Newbie -HELP please....

Hi all,
apparently I need to make 5 posts before I can download from this site so here's hoping I'm doing this right and this is my 1st post???
Ive joined as I have a Zgemma H2s box which did have Kodi and IPTV on it aswell as "A Gift" allowing me certain tv privileges plus all the movies etc I enjoyed via kodi/iptv.

without knowing why, it suddenly got corrupted and Kodi/iptv stopped working coming up with error messages.
after much frustration I took option of factory defaulting unit and now wish to seek advise and downloads to re-install from new cross epg, Kodi, iptv etc and would really appreciate any help/advise and links those of you out there with the wisdom can share.

anybody able to help me please ???

More posts like this Recommend a colour printer please? will get you download privileges in no time. 2 Words of advice though, don't spam with any old sh!te & patience is a virtue.
I'm no expert but I'd guess if you have a mooch around the Zgemma and/or IPTV sections there's bound to be tons of invaluable info which has helped countless others in similar circumstances.

Newbie2017 - this is probably to late, but did you do a 'backup' before the reset ??

Albob, yea I didn't do a backup as system was corrupted and stopped working properly after just a few weeks of ownership. in hind sight I should of done a backup as soon as I got it out of the box but didn't :-(

now I'm trying to erase Kodi/IPTV already on box (did a factory reset but original Kodi/iptv still on and wont work ) but need advise on how to erase completely and then re-install with latest stable versions and associated add ons.

any help greatly received

I've never done either so can't help, soz :: someone else may be along shortly...

find out what image you have on it and then get the newest version from the downloads section or google for it. stick it on a freshly formatted USB and stick it into the reciver. if ur unsure. google "flash zgemma h2s" on utube and you will see a ton of video how to do it.

when you have the new image on it come on here and do a search on how to install IPTV and kodi and you will be sorted.

Find out what model you have and go on to you tube and search <flash "model of box">

Kodi on these boxs are shite they are not even full Kodi so I woulnt bother

As for flashing the box, why do you want to reflash it, you did a factory reset so all you now need to do is reconfigure and add your magic line.

Find your box here h**p://www.zgemma.tv
click on the picture of it and it'll take you to a page where you'll be able to find the various images available for it, find the one you want and download it, copy that image to a USB drive formatted to FAT32 and then plug that USB drive in to your box, switch it on and it'll flash the image to your box.

Or as jfish said, factory reset and add that line!

Kodi is terrible on these boxes too.
