Your latest Virgin Media Bill cannot be processed

There was an issue with the payment for your latest Virgin Media bill. The most common reason is that some of your billing details have expired recently. Your service is now pending disconnection on:

23 May, 2017

Toe avoid being disconnected, please make sure you update your billing details associated with your Virgin Media account now by accessing your profile page below

Kind regards,

The Virgin Media team

also it came in saying dear with my email address and not my name

probably a scam....... but call virgin media they will tell you if they sent it or not...

Definitely a scam mate. To be sure, hover your mouse (don't click) over the link they provided- most browsers will 'preview' the text of the link in a little box in the corner of the screen & it will probably be some 'foreign' site.

thanks for that trevortron , yep it comes up with ***.jpklapr.*** , then a load of letters and numbers , also , just noticed that the link itself is supposedly directing to vm net , not vm com

VM work with direct debit an all don't they so them details wouldn't expire.

all My VM bills come with the cost and my account number so very easy to check and they never ask you to click any type of link, mark it as spam and delete
