VU+ SOLO 2 CLONE sunray

hi I need help my box stuck on starting page and to restart two many time not working and I try to put new images on but don't reading USB can someone help please

Format your usb stick with the HP format tool to fat32 then try flash an image use sunray images from the downloadS

Have you removed all other usb devices from your box ?

Try all the other usb slots with this procedure

1. Turn off the power to the VU+ at the mains.
2. Format a USB FAT32
3. Unzip Image
4. Copy the folder to the root of the USB
5. Insert USB Stick into front usb port
6. Turn Main power to the VU + back on
7. Press power button at the prompt to start image install

I done format again and try all 3usb port but nothing happen

After you put the image on the usb stick put it the rear of box,then turn on the box with the switch on the rear of box and straight away push and hold the power button on the front left of the box it's the purple coloured one ,hold it for about 10 sec then release and it should flash the image.

Yes it's probably the same ,but with my clone box it only works in the rear usb when flashing

it could be your USB pal they are scandisk cruiser blade think they work best

try a kingston drive if possible as that worked on both my vu and xtrend
