I often feel like my brain is full of virus's much like a computer. I can be thinking of something or talking to someone and all of a sudden off goes some script, and my heads either gone off on a tangent or trying to run two thought patterns simultaneously lol. Trying to watch a film is almost impossible. Some thing triggers a script and off it goes, and I've missed x amount of the film and lost the plot. Reading a book is close to impossible.

Does anyone else have this or am i just a headcase? :)

I think its an age thing tbh,I find as I have grown older I'm more inclined to either forget things or confuse them with others lol

I do get this too from time to time. You just need to make time to relax- really relax. Meditation, massage (without the 'happy ending'!), even a long walk along a beach or in the woods, away from crowds. Even a long soak in the bath, without disturbances. Easier said than done I know.
Some people cope better than others, just like some cope better with stress. But if it's interfering with your day-to-day life (which it sounds like it is) then you are doing the right thing by seeking help.

Thanks for the reply, but I'm like it when I'm alone or in a crowd. I think meditation could work but i can't keep the mind still, long enough lol.
I been the same for 46 years so a few more won't make much difference. :)

If you cope well with it, fine. But it can creep up and take over so try and take time out. Even doing something enjoyable from time to time works, just to break the cycle.
Meditating is something you have to learn and it's not easy if your head's constantly buzzing with stuff. But there are plenty of free tips online and it pays dividends.
Don't be the RAC man and end up 'heading for a breakdown'!
