Hi I have recently bought a new vu uno4k and I have read that you need a unicable lnb. I have bought one and fitted it today but can't get any signal. It has 3 ports in total and one of them is a legacy. It also came with a splitter. At the moment it is connected to a standard sky dish with two cables. So I connected the two cables to the two ports and set up the tuners accordingly to the lnb but no joy. Do I have to connect to the legacy port and then split it with the splitter they supplied. I will be very great full for some help on this. Thanks

FBC tuner is one thing.
Unicable LNB is one thing.
Unicable2/Jess LNB is another thing.

They are independent items that give benefits based on how you combine them.

Golden rule:
What you tell the receiver in tuner configuration must match the hardware connected to each tuner.

Post a picture of your tuner configuration for each tuner.
What LNB do you have, brand and model please.

can i ask the op where they bought there lnb the local guy here that sells all that stuff charges a fortune and i dont feel comfertable buying of ebay or untrusted shops
