We Don't Do Walking Away. I would rather die with
Bought a new game for the Kids birthday £50 on game but it was from a seller on the market place. at 1st he didnt reply to emails asking where item was as it was a birthday pressie . So I raised an incident with Game. He then responded after I raised issue saying it had been posted last Monday and to wait and see if it arrives by today. It didnt,

So what are game like when dealing with these Incidents. Any hope of getting my cash back or what, Paid for on visa debit not credit card or paypal.

Go to your bank and recall the payment, tell them what is about and I think you gonna get your money back.

Hope you learned your lesson and next time buy from trusted sites like ebay where you will get your money back without much questions asked.

I not had any dealings with game but you should always use a credit card for full protection or paypal with a credit card linked to your account. Good luck and hope you get sorted.

AFAIK credit card protection is only for purchases over £99 so that might not have made any difference :(

Correct. Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act, covers purchases between £100 and £30,000.

Your damned right there, any dispute and your passed on to paypal. Ebay treat sellers who are in dispute kinda like they are dirty! That was my experience anyway!

Doubt it Pal. . when I said in my post last monday I didnt mean Monday this week I meant last Monday 28th November he said he posted it 48hrs royal mail. so its been 10 days tomorrow.
Have you checked your local royal mail depot to see if its there ie failed delivery and card left. Happened to me with my hp instant ink delivery I got an email saying its dispatched. No sign of it no card either. I went to post office depot and asked and sure enough it was there. Guy said I should have a card told him I didn't get one. Showed some id and got the ink. Could be the posty being lazy not writing out a card. Worth a try @shaun127

Same happened to me once. Seller assured me he had posted it so I eventually went to the depot and it was there. No card had been left.

I nearly spit me coffee when I read this. ebay is the biggest scam site going, they have the highest majority of scam sellers of any other website on the internet. Not to mention the shyte way they treat legit sellers.

I do agree that you should always spend ages readin feedback and reviews to vet the seller.

My experience with ebay is only positive, if I did not received payed item I always got refund.

When some seller try to cheat buyer, it should be treated like scum, his own fault.
