I would suggest to @bilabonic and @kook to read the Rules at the top InfoBar, plus use an approved download client (click on 'Forums', then 'Announcements'. It should be a "sticky" near or at the top). Not using an approved client can mean you will be blocked.

Plus, keep your ratio above 1.0. If your downloads aren't seeding, keep them seeding anyway as you gain bonus points that you can convert to up your share ratio.

Some good quality programmes/films on there ;)

And once up-and-running, if you would like an avatar for visiting the forums, click on "Forums", "Art & Design", then "Avatar Requests".

I'm sure there's someone on there that can help you out........ ;)

I just use the download client built into my synology server and just leave them seeding all works away quietly in the background :)
