Open box scrambled channels

I bought an open box vs8 with 36 month gift in march and everything worked perfectly. Now all sky channels are scrambled. Free view channels work. Searched this site for advice and tried everything to no avail. One suggestion was ccam file might be offline. It says offline but is ticked and displays active. I bought this off ebay and found out my supplier is no longer a client. Can anyone help. Thanks

Looks like you've been stuffed or if not it could be your providers server is down.

Hi yes sounds like you been stuffed easiest way will be to get a test and put it in box and if channels unscramble then you know you been stuffed

this is what happens you get these type of things online. you never know how long they will last i would recommend you check all your settings are correct and working first. then get yourself a test.
