Can someone please help me

I have had to create this account just to get my problem heard

I have forgotten my password for my original account and so :

• I clicked the "forgot password" link and gone through all the steps in order to reset - No result ( i have done and tried this about 6 times over the last few months )
• I sent a message twice via the contact us form - Again no reply or anything
• ​I sent a PM to my favourite mod " Rat" :hiyou: - No reply

• Can someone please help me with this situation ?

Anyone out there who can help and advise why this is going on ? Why no mods or admin are willing to help me?

hopefully.....as mentioned above this has not been sorted for a number of months now :Mad2: which is why i have resorted to this ,as this is the only way of making contact with the mods/admin

I do apologise mate you did PM me on the 20th
I do have an excuse though lol I was also speaking to 3 ohters via PM that night so your PM must have slipped through

You dont say in the PM your original username for me to look at

Now, I am in the dark then m8.

Just as i thought . Thanks rat for replying however i do not receive any email to reset password etc

as mentioned ive tried all i can by contacting the mods by all means but i do not get any email from the DW team

Ive check all folders ...,nothing

its really wierd this

So what was or is your original user name?

Can you pm me the email addres you used when you tried the reset password option and I will check if it matches your registered email

Issue still unresolved

Have provided all info to mods

Only admin can sort it out.
@Mick @Rat @Ferret or whatever admin is online atm should be able to help you.

only thing i noticed is the email address on your new account doesn't match your the email on your original account. Any password reset email would be sent to your original email account..
