Is the Digitalworldz shop still operating?

I ordered a cable tuner last Saturday, paid via PayPal. The invoice stated 48 hour tracked delivery but it's not arrived. There was no confirmation email from DW shop and I'm getting no response from email enquiries. Any of the mods have any info?
