Hi guys hope you can help me.
Friend of mine is getting the back of the house extended. We have let the council know and they said that we dont need planning permission as it falls under some rule where we dont need it. But they did say we need to submit our plans on how much we want to extend it by.
I was thinking of using something like turbofloor home and landscape designer to just do the drawings in 2D, how it is now and how we want it to look and submitting them drawings on A3 paper.
Is that enough? Or is there something i need to include or a certain way it needs to be done?
I have autocad 2013 if that helps but not very good with that.
