Apparently, the latest thing is buying cemetery plots! It seems there's a grave shortage (erm, sorry)!

At first I thought it was either a scam or the date was wrong but I can't find anything against it.

A number of companies have set up to sell plots off-plan - actually, you don't sell plots so much as the licence to bury someone but I digress.

It seems that the return on investment is 33% plus over 18-24 months which is stunning! In fact I was so amazed I suffered an acute coffin attack ;)

Seriously, though, it could be the new buy to let opportunity with tenants never causing a problem.

If anyone has been, or is, involved in such a scheme I'd love to hear more...

...give me a minute to climb back on me chair first though!

Any problems with squatters?

Surely if 33% were right everyone would be jumping on it?

Hehe - yep, there's plenty of opportunity for funnies :)

@Spectre - that's the odd thing, it screams of scam yet all I can find is zilch? It's not illegal, the return is infeasibly high, it's unregulated but not a single complaint...

...nevertheless, it walks like a duck as they say!

Anyway, I've undertaken an investigation

Almost laughed myself to death after reading this. :)

Yeah, I can dig it as an investment plan.
No, seriously this is a grave matter is it a scam or not.
I'll give it some thought this evening then decide in the mourning after I wake.
I think it would be a serious undertaking to make.
I think I might be losing the plot.
In my opinion it is a dead cert.
Are there any catches buried in this scheme.
Enough, Enough, I am digging a hole for myself.
