Police or kick his cnut in either or :)

I'd choose latter, if anyone threatened my family that's the least they'd receive

Spelling is terrible lol

if he is shouting abuse at you and trying to kick the door down then forgot about post office ,i would be going to see the police

Record him, then report to the police as threatening behaviour... then the papers, then he can have a run in with a angry stranger :p in the street.

agree with above post, go directly to the police m8.

If he has dumped the mail, then technically he has broken the law, as mail is covered by the law for some reason.

Complain to Post Comm via Contact Postcomm - Postcomm
or phone them up, Post Comm = 0207 593 2100.

Royal Mail head office telephone number 0207 250 2888

if he has damaged your property and/or made threats then that is an matter for the police.

Google Royalmailchat you'll probably find what you need there.

we have one postman in particular who whenever he delivers a parcel runs up to the door and bangs on it like fook, then walks off back to his van like hes always in a rush, anyway in the end i had a go at him, said to him why are you smacking the door in like a copper, your winding the dog up.

anyway he didnt get it, so next time i let the dog out at him :proud: he fecking shiit it, the look on his face was classic as my dog who is soft as, ran after him to lick him ;) , needless to say he doesnt smack the door anymore.

just record him if you can be bothered and take it to police, or just teach him a lesson.

if he did that to me id cave his skull in stuff like that ant funny wen got kids in house if royal mail fob you off gain go to the papers m8
oh and do the sensible thing and ring police

Here is a pdf of what they are supposed to do when a customer has a complaint

If you don't get a response or the help you need then:

The Postal Review Panel, link below, is a ‘ring fenced’ team that sits outside of Royal Mail Customer Services and is empowered to independently review complaints from customers who’ve used a Royal Mail service.

But whatever, the postie has committed an offence

1. Sack able by PO for sure, and should be reported to customer services but not to the local branch.

2. Criminal, he has threatened you and continues to intimidate you and you should report the incident(s) to the police immediately.

3. Whatever you do, or might want to do, don't touch him else your the one who will suffer.

Good to know at least someone did the right thing, got off their ar*e and came around to see you. Keep the pressure on the PO until you get a result. Also still consider the police though as the postie may decide to seek revenge some point down the line.
