Best Window Stain Ronseal etc ??

Im about to paint the exterior window frames and soffits they are wood and
have started to flake with the sun.They have been stained a dark mahogany
finish.Can anyone recommend a good product that lasts at a reasonable price
?

I'd suggest Sadolin. Not cheap (you need an undercoat and finish coat), but
it goes a long way. It lasts well if done by the book (well, by the
instructions on the tins).

I tried a tin of Ronseal first but it was like water very thin and not a
match to the exsisting stain.I got a tin of sandolin twice the price but
thicker and the right colour match.It looks starange when you put it on but
drys to the correct colour.I might have to buy the undercoat as after
sanding down the flaked bits im back to bare wood and these will need a few
coats to get it back up to the same level as the rest of the frame.
