Hi there, i am planning on getting a new tattoo and want the following one:

Help finding a tattoo template

no tattoo artist will do a portrait of anyone using a template, there's far to much work involved, it's all done free hand...
i can tell you that you will get some of the best tattoo artists in the country all descending on liverpool on the 6th and 7th of june where you will get your tattoo done at a very cheap price..by a top proffessional...
depending on the size, these type of tattoo's can take up to 4 hours...
"DOH" i've only just read the link....you don't want a tattoo of george clooney but a similar tribal one.....any decent tattoo artist will do this for you but you wont find a template for one so big.....as above,,,freehand again....still try the tattoo exhibition though as youll get it done much cheaper..

It should be personal mate, you don't just want to get something you have seen on a bloke in a film, bit plastic that! No meaning behind it or anything, might as well just get a barcode. It's not like buying a t-shirt, it's going to be there forever...

ANyone have any idea as to how much an average tattoo parlour would charge for that tattoo?

U would probably need 3 sittings aswell m8, cause they do the outline first and then will gradually fill it in, have you not thought about maori tattoos, they are basically the same as tribal but in colour so it doesn't look like evrybody elses, that is gna be my next tat, got 2 at the min but want a sleeve done next

Don't know anything about tats but I just looked up these maori tattoos and they look much better than them tribal ones, shame Robbie Williams has got ont though!! Like you said they are as common as muck, everyone and their dog has got A) a tribal tattoo if you are a bloke, B) one on the small of your back if you are a bird or C) one on your forearm if you are a footballer. It's more original not to have one than to these days, shame so many people get them with no thought and no imagination or meaning.

Personally I wouldn't go for an image like that, there's a high probability that the artist will make a hash of it.
My favourite artist is Paul Booth, you can see his work if you google image search his name.
He also has the Last Rites/Dark Images website.
He does a lot of horror stuff & tear outs like these:
