I've tried vistor talk to to Rat and Davidh (who are/were both on line at same time as I))
I've added to the Hi message
but still no reply

Common manners as the discussions related to in woo hoo which also refers to the elsewhere thread (genn chat)about schoolkids and holdays
being the bringer of trouble seems to be a commom view here today.

I left school longer than most of the members have been alive so forgive me if I do not class
myself as a kid newbie, just someone trying to resolve something.

It would appear that responses are not forthcoming and as time is of the essence in this matter

It is not meant to upset or accuse anyone but is a straight foreward comment regarding a serious problem.

I apologise for the off topic posting but there is a personal connection ;

With regards to all of your comments please be aware that the op concerned published e-mail addresses and a genuine site
who is helping in the investigation, being carried out into a crime of major impact.

He made other members aware of the details of the addresses to watch out for.
As well as informing those concerned, if viewing, of the actions to expect.

Free speech has been the backbone of the internet and it's predecessors and in the main it has remained so.

The reason it was on here, and he did not accuse the board or its owners, will become apparent if the concerned parties check this boards financial records (hint: donation collection and its exact time and date)
and contacted by pm e-mail or anyway they deemed fit before a banning was implemented and the messages removed so no other member could be warned.

However times have changed since fidonet and goods and services have as well so whilst the op regrets your actions he has asked for the return of his donation taken very recently from his paypal account.



Paypal USA will be contacted @23:00 BST 13/03/09 for the original problem

Paypal UK will be contacted as of office open in the a.m. for the original problem and the return of
the recently taken donations from the member


You may delete this and me as you did him but it will not change the facts or the warning information having or being sent out to similar
forums, sites and paypal uk and usa until the criminals are brought to book.

This site no longer takes new donations to help with the running costs.... so god only knows what you are on about.

Your certainly not going about it the right way, either way you look at it..!


As for the op.... the "warning" .... warning against who ? what over ? I fail to see the link to DW ?

a donation is a giving of money to a cause to help it carry on..

yes DW provide a subsciption service for thoes who wish to carry on dontaing to the forums.. not a subscription just a part of the forum software in part of the context


now if i was to ask the NSPCC for my direct debit of £2 a month becuse i "subsrivbed to them" do you think they would give me iit back..

from what im gargthering the said who swhishes his donation returned for the reason he was banned.. has hno hope in hell..

he signed up to thr forums and agreed to the ruelks of the forum.. by breaking thoes rules he was banned..

the donation is an option aspect of the forum..

however the agreeing to the rules of the forum is a legally binding contract by tickking the
"i agree to the terms and conditions" when signing up

end of the day he DONTAED to Dw in a form of a reoccuring subsiription that could be cancelled at any time.. such as the same as many charitys..

hoever the ruels of the community was broiken and he was persicuted..

such as if he was to break the lay he would go to prision.. would he have the right toi the 2k deposit he placed on the car if he was sent to prisoon be cause he was removed from the community

as far as i can work it out
and this is a guess
his paypal account has been hacked and moneys has been spent
if this is true tuff titty he sould be more careful

Well Tring i really do simpathise with you and would like to offer my assistance in resolving this matter...

if you could give me your paypal username and password i will gladly look into this and see where your problem lies,,
just leave it with me for a couple of days and we'll have this problem sorted out.......

oh and any bank details linked to your paypal account..national insurance number,,date of birth and your address would really help... thanks

for a start the first post was removed because it was gibberish
if he had come on here to warn of something wouldnt it have been correct to tell us what was the problem
if he was seemed to have been abused as i said we get people on this forum posting all kinds of crap/gibberish
so we delete them so ur friend/confidont has been treated the same way
