Hi all,

I am looking for some glass shelfs to be made, just need some glass cut to size in a rectangular shape and the front edge polished (beveled off).

Ideally want glass with a tint to it, so looks smoked.

Can anyone help, the shelf's are to go inside my fireplace where the fire was as I am putting the Plasma on the fire breast, dvd, sly, etc in on the shelf's.

They will be supported on 3 sides by glass shelf supports

What would I be best off with, lam or temp ?

i would go for laminate m8, prbably cheaper, as with toughened you need to cut to size then get it toughened.

if you have jkids then it a good safty thing but you could get away with just 6mil plate if you wanted.

also you dont need it properly polished, just an arised edge then just wipe with cooking oil along edge and looks like a polised edge.
