What did you use to eat years ago but don't eat now

Ketchips.

If it also includes drinks, anyone remember Quatro?

oh my god!!! someone that remembers mccain ketchips!!! they were the best!! whatever happened to them???? quatro??? what was it??? beer? cider? spirit? rings a bell! who remembers royal dutch horn lager??? my dad used to let me have a sip when i was younger! tasted awful!!! always said i would never drink beer when i was young! lol

Stuffed hearts, not had them for a few years :(

They are lovely

Us heart failure Scots can still get both of them easily mate :)

Not fair at all, I've been away for too long....
Best I can still get is haggis and tattie scones down here. Never liked square sausage, but here! That's another thing I no longer eat.

Frys Chocolate spread sandwiches, banana and sugar sandwiches, pork dripping (real) on sliced bread

Tongue...the meat.
i used to love it on a sandwich untill i found out it was actually the cows tongue, never touched it since.:puke:
but now love pigs pudding and looks whats in that lol

I'm glad to say poo. As a baby I am constantly reminded by my dad I dug deep into my nappy late one night in my cot and decided to give it a try. It's better with sugar on I here as later as I got older when i asked what was for tea I more often than not got the reply Sht with sugar.

Oh and I gave grey tripe a go , my Dad would buy it from the butchers , salt n vinegar and away he went ,,,ffs, the sheer thought of that makes me gaff , I'd sooner try a wenglishboy's dinner :)

I used to adore that. My mum used to make it but I never asked for the recipe

Yes you can still get it. My uncle owns a butcher shop and sells loads!

I used to have a right sweet tooth but not so much now. In fact I now avoid most sweet, sugary things, many give me a sore head. And teeth!
On the other hand, there are lots of things I eat now that I wouldn't have dreamt of 10 or 20 years ago. Salmon, prawns, garlic, olives, squid, octopus- even snails!
I was never a fan of potted hough but I'd give it a try again, though it's not easy to get here.

My husband and i used to eat a lot of meat..and i mean a lot!. Then i got pregnant and was unable to resume work after maternity leave...they did not want employees that had children..the i learned how to make homemade split pea soup with homemade pita. I normally cook the split pea soup with a hamhock and potatoes, onions and carrots. We're not poor but we're not able to eat steak every night so we eat as well as we can with what we have. I guess life has taught us to be minamalistic.

I used to munch on Dog Biscuits, Mind you have not had one for years.

Your barking mad

bloody tapa talk was meant to quote a post and it didn't do it
