Just had my Dyson fixed for £65 inc parts and labour , the guy that came out completely stripped it down and replaced near enough everything.

He put on a new hose , sole plate , brush and filters and a new motor and power cable, the hoover is near enough brand new now and it now has 1 yr guarantee on it as well.

U can book a call on-line Here

Well recommend them

Cheers

Nice one m8 that looks a crackin deal if you have a dyson in need of some tlc

I have a dyson.. sick to death of it... Doesnt suck anything up... we have to stand on the base for it to actually do anything... no loss of suction my rear end......

Might give that a go :) cheers for heads up :)

Sounds really cheap! I used to carry out repairs on them for an independant and a motor change alone was £85 to do.

You can pick a new motor up for about £20 these days. Dyson spares are quite cheap.

i ledt ime outside after it stopped sucking up and the handle broke off.... recon they'll fit ;)????? lol

woth a try lol......

We have had this done twice with ours. First time was less than 4 years old so was free, next time - think it was 55 pounds. Really important to clean the filters with a Dyson otherwise all the suction goes. When the suction goes, next thing to go will be the motor! Excellent customer care with Dyson, recommend them to anyone!

I agree Dyson are a load of shit. My new Hoover which cost £60 NEW beats the pants off it. What a load of marketing crap.

Place the company I was ordering them from wanted about £55 for a motor. Been a couple of years since I've worked there though.

Just about to take up this offer as a few bits might need replaceing on mine

so for £65 all in price this is a good deal :)

the newer dysons aint that bad guys,I have the DC07 Animal and apart from wear and tear its a great vacumme

A friend of mine recently bought a new hoover and had to take it back and swap it for a dyson as the hoover was too powerful!
It was lifting the carpets off the floor on the stairs and it was a real struggle to push it around because it was sucking itself onto the carpet so much.

Can't see why Dyson appear so popular (good marketing I suppose)

We bought one a few years ago, noisy as anything, got fed up with it and bought a small vacuum. much more efficient.

Even 'Which' magazine said the extortionate price was out of all proportion to the cleaning power of it.
Their test model was no better or worse than any other vacuum cleaner.

In defence of Dyson: a few places have fitted Dyson hand driers in the bogs, which are brilliant.
However, still prefer paper towels.

filled in the online form and they ranf me withing 2 hours (on a sunday)

and coming on the 28th :) she even said on the phone everything is covered apart from the 3 on board tools lol

again I cant fault my dyson

We used to have a dyson but it just lasted a few months after the warrenty ran out - was cheaper for me to buy a new vacuum that did everything a dyson could for less than 80 quids. Dyson doesn't do anything extra that a good vacuum can't do.
