Work Network and excell spreadsheet please help!!

Hello

Just a quick one guys, at work there is about 100 users on a network and on one of our network drives there is an excel spreadsheet that all users have access to, now if sombody used the spreadsheet to input some data and then another user edited the data on the sheet can admin or IT manager tell who the user was that edited the data? please help guys
 
If you right click on the excel file and click properties it will show you details when it was last modified and on which machines BUT this depends on the name of the machine/who the office is registered to on that machine. if all the machines are registered to WORK or COMPANY NAME or something like that then you probably wont be able to tell. But if each machine has a different name, such as PC1, PC2, and office is installed on the pc's in such way then it will tell you the name on the registration on msoffice of the pc that it was modified in.
